Meredith Beal's Welcome at the east AFrica Digital Migration Workshop

The African Media Initiative organized workshops in support of Africa's migration to digital broadcasting. Meredith welcomes the delegates to the East Africa Regional Analogue to Digital Television Migration Workshop, Africa's first event of its kind. The event was held in Nairobi, Kenya and included attendees from Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and Ethiopia.
